Mitaka Piston Kit

Piston - Aluminium alloy, forged and CNC machined, the same techniques as OEM.
Rings - Are the best available! TP rings, the same manufacturer as used on many Japanese and European OEM pistons.
Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, high strength and hardness.

The kit that will be sent out will include a B size piston kit (94.96mm - Standard Size) if you wish to change to an A size (94.95mm) or C size (94.97mm) please send a message when placing your order.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head gasket, Base gasket, Valve stem seals, Timing chain tensioner seal or gasket, Exhaust pipe copper ring or gasket, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Water pump gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various O-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Conrod oil feed, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc

Mitaka Conrod Kit

OE specification and materials. Includes chromed crank halves connecting pin, big end roller bearing with flat silver bearing cages, forged shot peened steel alloy connecting rod, copper or silver thrust washers, designed for high oil flow. 

This kit is not a complete crank, it uses your crank halves. Best MX Shop can assist in the rebuild and true of your crank, for more information please get in contact.

OEM Main Bearings

The bearings used are Koyo high quality Japanese bearings. Koyo are the OEM for some Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha models.
