A NORMAL STOCK AIR CLEANER ELEMENT IS A PAPER FILTER. AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE PICTURES THIS IS NOT A PAPER FILTER. IT IS NOT MARKED K&N. BUT IT LOOKS LIKE A K&N, HOWEVER I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS A K&N OR NOT.

K&N AIR CLEANER FILTER KN 4 HARLEY TWIN CAM 99-13 MODEL HD-1499 401597. I was told it fits :Item Fitment: 1999-2013 HARLEY DAVIDSON TWIN CAM MODELS (EX 08-UP DYNA, 08-UP TOURING MODELS), but I'm not sure.  I'm not sure which years and models it is correct for or fits. Do a bunch of research before bidding. I expect to be paid in full within 5 days after the auction ends. Like all used parts this is used, not perfect, and is sold as is.
