I purchased this textbook for my son  for Fall semester 2016 for $315.  It stayed in his backpack most of the semester.  The pages are in excellent condition.  I don't see any bends tears rips or highlighting or any writing.  The cover is in very good condition. The very bottom corners are a bit dented from being in his backpack, but otherwise this textbook looks new.
