PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Items will be dispatched next working day using Second Class STANDARD OR Second Class RECORDED delivery. Please choose your preference at check out.

Postage discount is given for more than one item. Please first add items to your eBay Shopping Cart to purchase multiple items with a single payment and for discount to apply.

Please contact us via ebay mail if discount is not applied. We will refund you the difference. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 

Paypal is the only acceptable method of payment.
Items will be dispatched next working day using Royal mail Airmail Small Packets (not tracked) Or Royal mail International Signed For (tracked service). Please choose your preference at check out.

Buyers are responsible for any costs for customs or taxes applied in their own country where applicable. 

Most items are delivered within 5 – 10 working days but some items can take longer, up to a maximum of 25 working days. 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return an item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order through ebay email. All returns should be processed through ebay as follows:

View your 'Won items’ or ‘Purchase history’ in My eBay. Locate the item that you have purchased from us and then click on the pull-down menu on the right hand side. Click on 'Return this item' option. Please fill out all the necessary information and click Request return.

Returned item should reach us in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less postage cost. The cost of returning item is paid for by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of returned item.

EXCHANGE

 If you require an exchange, please contact us through ebay email and tell us the item you would like in exchange. You will have to pay the postage cost to send the exchange item to you.
