DESCRIPTION
Tech Note:
1998-2005 VW’s have a problem with the fuse box, the 30 amp fuse terminal
burns or melts, sometimes on the fusible link area. This is caused by an
insufficient design fuse terminal contact point, which is too small and it
becomes loose, with the bad connection also causes intermittent circuit malfunction,
the fuse terminal then overheats and melts the fuse box housing.
SOLUTION:
The NO MORE BREAKING Design solves the issues 2 ways…
1) It upgrades the 30 amp fuse terminals at each contact point from
1mm-5mm full contact.
2) The original part’s melting point is only able to tolerate 150-185
degrees, we have upgraded our replacement part with heavy duty plastic
that is able to tolerate 285-300 degrees to insure that it is the most durable
and best quality on the market.
