Manufacturer Warranty Policy

Warranty is one year from the date of purchase against failure due to manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship. We will offer a replacement unit in exchange at no charge to the original purchaser.

*Warranty excludes failure due to contaminated coolant, improper installation, alteration or other failed parts and components 

Important Installation Note:

  • Always flush engine before installing new water pump to remove sediments. 
  • Never mix coolant with Tap water. (Tap water contains mineral that can clog radiator and damage water pump seal).
  • Always use 50/50 pre-mix coolant or mix coolant with distilled water only.

Shipping:

Order placed before 3 pm PST on business day (Monday-Friday) will ship same day from our warehouse in Pomona, California 

Return Policy

  • New/Not Installed - 30 days from purchase date for exchange/refund. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Missing or damaged components will incur additional from the refund.
  • Return Shipping - buyer is responsible for return shipping.
