Hopefully you will be delighted with the set you purchased from our eBay shop.If you are unhappy with your purchased for any reason, you are able to return them it within 30 days
Please be advised we reserve the right to refuse refunds if we feel any damage may have been caused by the customer whilst using the item. Please be noted any damage to the set may have been founded by us, would reserve the right to refuse refunds .
Returned items must be:
Buyers have responsibility to return the whole set to our warehouse without any damage to set and its package.
ENGINE WARRANTY
What are the terms and conditions of my warranty?
a. Claims are accompanied by evidence of the date of purchase, such as a Sales Receipt, showing that the product was bought within 12 months prior to the date of claim.
b. The product was correctly assembled and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and used solely for domestic purposes.
c. The defect was not due to accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or inexpert repair.
d. Consumable parts, such as spools, Spark plug, lawnmower and trimmer blades, trimmer lines and anything which requires routine replacement are excluded from the scope of the guarantee.
There is no warranty for All Attachments .
All of our warranty periods start from the date of purchase. All claims made against the manufacturer's warranty must be supported by proof of purchase i.e. receipt of purchase
What happens if there is a fault with your machine?
We keep an accurate record of your purchase and the warranty associated with it – we’re keen to resolve any issues that may arise with the professionalism that you would expect of our company .

send us an email If you have any issue with your purchased item . We may ask for further information to understand the issue – this will be assessed by a member of the technical team. We may be able to solve the issue with some advice or by sending you a part.
PICK UP and DROP OFF
It may be that we need to get the item back for a repair or exchange. We try very hard to make this as hassle free as possible. We send you a parcel force collection return label at a time that suits you.
30 DAYS
If the issue has occurred in the first 30 days we will of course be able to recover your item and aside from a repair or replacement. However, there is a refund option at this point if the fault is evident upon return.
Our design team put a lot of thought and energy into our products to make sure that you have a tool or machine that is reliable and works perfectly, just as it should. If there is a fault, we work hard to ensure we get things resolved as speedily as possible.
