1. Small Package Handling Time
Orders paid for by 2:00 PM (EST) will ship same day. We ship UPS & USPS Priority Mail.
We can ship DHL if requested.
2. Invoice
eBay's shipping calculator doesn't always calculate combined shipping accurately. We can quote your shipping costs. Please REQUEST INVOICE PRIOR to making payment. Once payment has been made, we cannot refund shipping overcharges.
3. Shipping Collect
If you provide your account number, we can ship UPS or DHL collect.
4. Freight
Large/bulky items will ship Truck Freight. Contact us for rate quotes. Freight items typically ship within 1 day. Must ship to a commercial address with forklift and/or dock. If you cannot provide a commercial address, you can pickup at the local freight terminal. You are welcome to use your own carrier as well.

You are welcome to pickup from 7:30 AM -4:00 PM (EST) Monday-Friday as well as
Saturday 8:00-11:30 AM (EST). Please call ahead so we can have it ready.
6. International
Please provide a phone number and shipping address. Please do not forget about any additional charges which are charged by the carrier. This is something we have no control over and is an additional charge to the shipping.
