Does Chlorine make your eyes sting?
It is very rare for chlorine granules itself to cause your eyes to sting. Used up chlorine (after dosing) or having an incorrect pH level causes eye sting and skin irritation.
How do I test my hot tub or swimming pool?
You can use chlorine test strips, a comparator or a photometer to test the chlorine levels in your swimming pool or hot tub.
Are chlorine granules or tablets better?
We recommend chlorine granules as they are more PH neutral and offer more control than tablets.
How much Chlorine Granules do I need to add to my hot tub?
For a hot tub of 1,000 Litres, to raise Free Chlorine by 1ppm, add 2g of chlorine granules.
Can I add directly to my water?
Yes, you can sprinkle these within your filter housing for Hot Tubs. We would advise the jets are running and the water is warm. For Pools, we would recommend to dissolve these first within a clean bucket of pool water.
We post our items using Royal Mail or DPD. Large and heavy items are sent via DPD Next Day. Smaller items are sent on a default Royal Mail 48hr service but you can upgrade to Royal Mail 24 or DPD next day for smaller items at checkout.
