Payment and Shipping

Please read.

• USPS Postage rates increased again in January 2016. It now costs $2.54 for a 1 ounce parcel. Of course heavier packages cost more. International rates start at $13.50 for a single ounce to most countries.
  
• I ship fast, usually the next day, check my feedback. Watch for an email from Ebay, InkFrog or UPS with the tracking information.
• Combined Shipping: If you will use your cart eBay will combine shipping  based on the weight of each item purchased. You will be able to see costs before buying.  Some items that ship priority may not combine with small first class items. This is always true for liquids or other items shipped in Flat Rate Envelopes.
• International buyers must be logged into eBay.com to have a cart available. If you are logged into your countries ebay site you will not see the cart option.
• You can purchase all items needed before paying, provided you have not linked your PayPal and eBay account. You can also request an invoice from me after making all purchases.
  
• If you cannot make a purchase without paying you have linked your PayPal and eBay account.How do you disable the new checkout experience? (Disabling linked paypal/ebay accounts)
  You can disable the streamlined checkout experience while you’re on the last page in checkout at any time. Under the “Pay with” section, click Unlink accounts then select Remove your PayPal and eBay account from the options listed. Your accounts will then be unlinked, and you’ll be able to pay with PayPal just like you used to by logging in to PayPal.
• If you are purchasing multiple items please put all purchases in your cart before paying. If you pay after each purchase you will be not receive the combined shipping discount mentioned above.

• International customers are liable for any import duties or other taxes their government may impose.

Special note to international buyers: USPS rates went way up for first class parcels.  For this reason it is important to use a cart to make all purchases. Weights from 1 to 8 US ounces pay the same cost, and from 9 to 32 ounces pay the same. You can purchase a brush roll and a 6 pack of bags for the same shipping as either one alone.  It only makes sense to get all your Kirby Needs in one larger package.
