NOS, new old stock, authentic Yale & Towne Y11 GG surety section 6 pin key blank. Made in the USA by the original Yale & Towne MFG Co.,
established in 1868. This gorgeous key blank is made of nickel-silver also called German silver. Nickel silver was only used in the
highest quality keys. It was more expensive and stronger than brass. Nickel silver has the appearance of sterling silver.
These old key blanks are at least 50 years old. They were part of an enormous Dallas locksmith collection with items going back well
over 100 years.
Even if you don't have a Yale lock these key blanks are so beautiful you can use them as a key chain fob. Thanks for looking!
Look closely at the pics and make sure the grooves on both sides match your key. These original keys work in original locks.
Once you receive the key blank make sure it slides smoothly in and out of your locks.
Take these fine key blank(s) to a trusted LOCKSMITH for cutting. Please do not use the Wallyworld types to cut this key.
