Inlet manifold swirl flap repair kit for Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Opel, Vauxhall, Cadillac, Saab with 1.9 Diesel engines

Diameter of the plugs: 15 mm

The kit consists of:

  • 5 aluminium plugss (4 big and 1 small) with high quality Viton O-Ring, resistant to engine oils and high and low temperature;
  • the adhesive to secure the connection.

This kit allows you to re-use the original inlet manifold with the swirl flaps removed, meaning there are no further issues with the manifold.

Warning: in the manifold can be two sizes of swirl flaps, please check the diameter before you buy.

Alfa Romeo 1.9 JTD Multijet 16V:

  • 156 (932), 126/136/140/150 HP;

Saab 1.9 TiD (Z19DTH):

  • 9-3 (YS3F), 120/150 HP;

Warning! When fitting this kit, you must leave the flap actuation motor and connected electrically but disconnect the lever arm.
