Our bathroom furniture is supplied rigid and not flatpacked we use 18mm board construction for all our cabinets ensuring durable lifespan and also fitted with soft close hinges.
Our doors are tested to FIRA GOLD regulations ensuring quality control.
You can place the cabinets in any order you like it does not have to be installed as pictured.

Any discrepancies or breakages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
RETURNS
If you decide that you do not want the items, returns will be accepted up to 7 days from receipt of order. You will get a full refund (excluding postage costs) once the items are returned in the original packaging at your own cost.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our deliveries are usually shipped within 10-12 working days of receiving payment and can take up to a further 1-2 days in transit, if you e-mail us with your contact details you will be informed and kept up to date with delivery times. If you do live outside Mainland England then please contact us for prices on deliveries.
PAYMENT METHODS
You are welcome to pay via PayPal, Credit Card, Personal Cheque or Cash on Collection.
WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK PLUMBERS OR FITTERS UNTIL YOUR GOODS HAVE ARRIVED AND HAVE BEEN CHECKED, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PLUMBERS OR CONTRACTORS COSTS, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR COMPENSATION IN ANY WAY.
Please note that all deliveries are made on a pallet and will be delivered kerb side only, if you require assistance at your end please ensure you have made those arrangements. The courier drivers will not unpack the pallets and take goods into your property.

It is recommended to use experienced fitters who have a knowledge and understanding of installing the listed items above, however our team are happy to help over the phone if they have any questions.
Units are assembled however they would come separate for your fitter to position in your preferred order.

Change of Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are up to date before ordering.
Due to PayPal rules and regulations, we are unable to change the delivery address from the one you submit on checkout.
Our Couriers
The couriers deliveries are usually made between the hours of 9.30am to 17.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please ensure your eBay details are correct and a VALID DAYTIME CONTACT NUMBER & CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED prior to ordering.
Failure to provide VALID DAYTIME CONTACT NUMBER may delay your delivery and you could be charged if require re-delivering.
Pallet Deliveries
Due to insurance restrictions all pallet deliveries are curbside delivery only and will also need to be signed for. Please ensure you have made prior arrangements to help get your goods into your property.
The courier drivers will not unpack the pallets and take goods into your property.

Collection
Collection of goods is available from our showroom at Bluewater Bathrooms Solihull, this would need to be pre-arranged with our team.
