We use UPS and USPS to ship orders. We send our customers an email with the tracking number for the order. If you did not receive a tracking number by email or need to confirm the tracking information.

International orders are shipped ship through USPS International Priority and after a 24 to 48 hour processing period. Delivery time varies on location, usually 6-10 days. International rates/services vary and are available upon request. We don't ship any forbidden items by (USPS or UPS) internationally. We do not take any international returns. We do not pay for duty, customs fees or taxes on any international items. The shipping cost is for shipping only. Once your order left our facility we are no longer in control of the delivery time of your package.

Any complete, like-new item returned within 30-days of order date can be returned for a refund or replacement. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. Any items found to be defective at the time of purchase or damaged during shipping can also be replaced. After 30 days, the manufacturer warranty will apply. If returned items are not in like-new condition, we may refuse a return or charge a higher restocking fee. Items not in like-new condition include, but are not limited to: items missing original item packaging, used items, installed items, abused or physically damaged items, items missing parts, items damaged due to improper return shipping, items with a different serial number or defaced serial number, pre-cut wire.

To return or exchange an item, please first contact us via eBay Message and we will provide you with detailed return instructions based on the item you are returning/exchanging.

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days from receipt. Funds will be returned via the original payment method. We will credit for the item only, shipping fee may be deducted from refunds on items with Free Shipping.

We do accept International Returns but you are responsible for the postage.
