• All returns MUST be approved before you ship any item back to us. A return item must be issued by ZSREFORM.
• If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to you.
• Shipping, handling, and insurance charges are not refundable.
• All returned packages will be charged return shipping.
• All shipments are done with a signature required.
• Most of our products do not come with instructions, professional installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item is auction " AS IS " , no warranty is expressed.
• Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged a minimum of 20% restocking fee + double the shipping cost and shipping insurance (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.
