    If handled carefully, your new HIGH ENERGY Formula Power leads, should last for years. Only fit new leads when engine is cold.

    • Replace leads one by one.
    • When pushing in the ends, please make sure they are at the right angle and pushed in securely. You should hear a click and feel firm.
    • When removing leads, do not pull them out hold holding the cable. Hold the boot and give them a slight twist first before pulling them out.
    • Removing cables is best done when leads are cool, rather than hot.
    • To check cables are fitted properly, run the car a few miles and then re check, in case any boots have come loose from not being connected properly.
    • Please make sure that around the spark plug area is clean from oil etc, before fitting.
    • When the cable is warm, you can usually fit them into clips, otherwise we sell cable spacers.

    Will usually dispatch within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment. I must receive cleared payment within 3 days of the auction finishing; otherwise I will report to E-bay and leave negative feedback accordingly.

    I always keep proof of posting receipts so if your item gets lost in the post i will send you this receipt so you can claim from the royal mail directly. I will back you up in such a claim and if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please just contact me and i will be more than happy to sort your problems out thank you

    CANCELLATION AND RETURNS (taken from our Conditions of Use)

    8.1 The Buyer may cancel the order for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by the Buyer shall be refunded in full within 28 days. In addition, if you are not satisfied with your new Formula Power HT leads, they can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

    8.2 The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 days if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

    8.3 Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller within 28 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

    8.4 If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller via email at  within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

    8.5 Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense within 28 days of cancellation in the original packaging and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

    8.6 Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

    8.7 Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

    8.8 Subject to any specific warranties we offer in relation to particular products, or those which are implied by law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products.

    8.9 Our ignition leads are guaranteed for 10 years, as long as no fault can be attributed to customers mishandling or incorrectly fitting the leads. All returns will be examined by our factory before a replacement can be made.
