14.4 Volt Battery Pack with 12 NiCad Cells

Use this battery pack to rebuild your brand name pack that has failed or will not hold much of a charge.

This battery case will not fit your drill, but take is apart and use the batteries that are inside to replace the dead batteries in your case.

These are NOS off-brand pieces: Legend Platinum Series for Cordless drill #812110 or #812112.  They will all hold a charge for you.

It comes apart with 3 Phillips head screws.  Pictures 4 and 5 show the battery arrangement inside the pack.  You will probably have to put your contacts on the top battery in order to match up correctly inside your battery pack case.  There is a thermal unit in this pack, as most battery packs use them.  Thus, the third electrical contact is there.

In most cases you will have to rearrange the battery layout and contacts to fit your existing battery housing.  This needs to be done with a battery spot welder.  Using a soldering Iron will over heat and damage the battery cells.
