Payment and Shipping

Please read.

• USPS Postage rates increased again on Jan 22, 2012. It now costs $1.95 for a 1 ounce parcel. Of course heavier packages cost more. International First Class rates start at $6.16 for a single ounce.
  
• With the recent (1/22/2012) increase in priority and parcel post rates I have found Fed Ex and UPS to be competitive on heavier items or multiple purchases. I may choose to send your parts via Fed Ex. If this results in substantial savings I will refund a portion of the shipping cost back to you. If you insist on USPS service please send me a note stating so.
  
• My mailing address will be provided on your invoice.
• I ship fast, usually the next day, check my feedback. Watch for an email from Paypal, Stamps.com or Fed Ex with the tracking information.
  
• Ebay now combines shipping automatically for multiple purchases based on the weight of each item purchased, however when the program combines two classes postage such as First Class and Priority it almost always overcharges. If you feel that the shipping cost is incorrect please request an invoice.
• If you are purchasing multiple items please make all purchases before paying. If you pay after each purchase you will be not receive the combined shipping discount mentioned above.

• First Class Mail International does not have tracking, delivery confirmation or insurance, because of this I cannot be liable for lost mail. International buyers may want to upgrade to Priority or Express for these services.  International parcels may take 30 days for delivery.
  
• International customers are liable for any import duties or other taxes their government may impose.
