For shipments to California addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.75% Sales Tax.

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 24 - 48 hours Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. The domestic shipping usually takes 5-11 business days. Please note the shipping to HI, AK, and PR could take couple of weeks more than usual. We also offer international shipping which usually takes 10-20 days. International shipping is not free and would incure a shipping charge.

Mailing labels are printed according to the info provided on the checkout. Please be sure to provide accurate & up-to-date information.

Returns

Returns are accepted in original/sealed condition within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Used/unsealed items will not be accepted, buyer will be responsible for return shipping and 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.
