| We have managed to buy a stock lot of these eyelet roller blinds at 50% less than the usual prices. A well known dept. store cancelled their order and we bought the lot. The blinds are brand new & boxed and are in perfect condition PLEASE NOTE: OUR BLINDS HAVE A METAL INNER TUBE !
Please bear this in mind when deciding as many other sellers confuse customers with other facts but do not mention the most IMPORTANT component of any blind, the inner tube. 99.9% of our competitors are using cardboard tubes but fail to mention it!!

- Select the required colour from the other box, colours from top to bottom are black, stone, dark red, cream, light pink, grey, dark pink, bright red, coffee and aubergine
- Free postage to selected postcodes
- We do not guarantee exact colour match to any pictures or between blinds.
- 240cm blinds are 5-7 working days delivery and may be in a lighter fabric than the smaller sizes

All items are usually shipped within 2 days via a suitable courier or royal mail for smaller items. Please see our postal zones above for all details of surcharges. Where possible on smaller items we will try to avoid any surcharges. If you live in zone 2 or 3 please confirm your order but before payment/checkout click on the "request a total from seller" link and we will then send you a revised invoice within 24 hours.
On the day of dispatch we will email you a dispatch notification, and for items sent via courier we will also send you a tracking email. If within 2 days of the dispatch email you have not received any contact from the courier you must contact them by the 3rd day via the the information provided in the email. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer incurring return and redelivery charges (see postage page for charges). We will only ship to the address provided to us via ebay and it is the customers duty to insure the postal address is correct and so is their email address. Customers MUST provide a mobile telephone number in your ebay account so that the courier may contact you if need be.
Simply confirm each item but do not checkout. After you have confirmed the final item then just click on the "request a total from seller" link. We will then email you the best possible shipping discounted invoice. Once checkout is completed no other items may be added on. We cannot refund any postage overpayments once checkout has been completed.

By far the most easiest and most convenient way to pay is paypal. This is also the most safest and secure way as well. We accept payment by both Personal and Company cheques. Please allow 7 working days for the cheque to clear once we have received it. Goods will then be dispatched same day the cheque clears. Please note only cheques from a UK bank account will be accepted |

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing item has not been used or opened and is in original condition. Please email us before returning your item so that we may issue a returns number. A copy invoice must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name and item number. Return postage / original shipping for returned items will not be refunded.
All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt . Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace where possible, or refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
