This Humanscale Freedom chair is genuine, armrest cushioning was replaced new, but the armrest mechanism does not seem to be working and the bottom of the seat is broken and not working properly. All other parts seem to be usable. Someone with better know how may know how to refurbish! Collection only in Bristol
