The adjustable arm and mirror-head pivot joints are loose and do not securely hold position. Pivot adjustment or repair is needed. Cosmetic marks and scratches are visible on the metal finish, particularly around the pivot hardware. Mirror glass appears intact. Electrical lighting and sensor operation are untested.
