Ww1 machine gun scope brought back from the Somme by my great grandfather of the Gordon highlanders . It’s made by the famous house of emile Busch a true piece of engineering, the leather eye pad has gone but could be easily replicated and the cord from the front cap has corroded with a hundred and 10+ years in a drawer , no use to me to keep hold of it as it’s being in my family possessions since the Somme . It is a solid piece of German engineering from a horrific history . These rarely come on the market and I would say this is very rare indeed . Money going towards veterans welfare .
