C. Can I get a discount? Everyday low
prices & low margins mean no discounts, volume or otherwise. No price
matching. No offers. Use “Best Offer” where available. I do not raise my prices
so I can discount them down. I do not respond to questions about
discounts.

E: You've paid! Thank you. There is no need to tell me as the ebay system
tells me as it happens.
F: Shipping is generally by Parcel Post – XS$10, S$12, M$16,
L$20, XL$24 & Flat A4 envelope $10. I do not make money on
shipping. You pay what I pay. If the invoice is more than I paid, I
will give you a refund of the excess after shipping. No untracked options.
G: Change of address: I only ship to your ebay address at the
time the item your purchased the item. No exceptions.
H: Combined shipping:
(a) The BIN system does not allow combining items for shipping unless you put
them in your cart & ask for an invoice. This would mean you have time to
pay as well as time to disappear & not pay. Since I changed all my items
from auctions to BINS due to non payers, this does not work for me.
However, if you buy the items individually, I will refund the excess shipping
at the same time as I give you the tracking number. As I mentioned above, for
shipping, you pay what I pay.
b) The listings for combined items must end within 7 calendar days of each
other & go to the same address.
(c)
If you want combined shipping, please advise which specific items you
want combined. Please do this before the first item ends.
Otherwise you risk me sending too few items & having to send a 2nd
or 3rd parcel hence removing the benefit of combining.
I:
Handling period: Factor in the handling period. Ebay
allows the seller a handling period for every transaction. The item doesn’t
need to be sent until the handling period is over.
The handling period starts when payment is made.
The handling period ends at
Your Order system will tell you on which day the handling period ends.
My handling period is usually 2 calendar days after your payment & it
excludes weekends. If you pay on Friday, the item will be due out by end of day
on Tuesday. If you pay on Monday, the item will be due out by end of day on
Wednesday. Public holidays &
weekends are added on to the handling period. Eg: If you pay on
Thursday at
J. When is tracking available? By the due out time. Refer to your Order page. Please do not ask for
tracking before the due out time.
K. Is it sent yet? Go to your Order page. "Yes" if
it’s after the due out time & you see a tracking number. "No" if
the system shows no tracking. Please do not ask for tracking before the due out
time. But if there is no meaningful tracking & it’s after the due out time,
please get in touch and I will help you.
L. What if the parcel seems lost? Please get in touch so I
can initiate a search with Australia Post. Note that Aust Post has a minimum
period before such a search can be initiated.
M. Express Post: If you need the item expedited, please ask
before you bid. I may not be able to give you this b/c I cant get to the Post
Office in time. If it is possible, I will issue an updated invoice. Do not
pay until the invoice has been updated. Handling period applies as usual.
N. Pick ups: No try ons, no pick ups, no meet ups, no coffee.
O. Cancellation after payment: I don’t do
cancellations unless I get a ding for not doing so. This is something you have
to manage yourself.
P. Faulty? Please arrange a return/full refund through ebay’s
claim system. I do not give discounts for faulty items.
Q. Communication: Don’t assume that I have read your message
unless I have specifically responded to it.
R. Aust Post delays: I cannot influence Aust Post deliveries
once the item is in transit, however, please refer to paragraph L.
