This filter has been used for 7 years on a small koi pond but has recently been changed for a smaller mechanical filter. The filter was installed in a very tight space making full servicing difficult. It is recommended that the drum is stripped down and lubed properly (Oase Turmsilon GTI 300 GK) along with the cogs and checked over before installation as we were finding the drum sticking on rotation. We are confident this will resolve the issue as we hadn't been able to access it properly to do this maintenance. All parts are otherwise in good working order and come with a spare set of sieves trays for rotation when descaling.
