POSTAGE (where chargeable)

PLEASE NOTE : I DO NOT SET OR APPLY POSTAGE CHARGES NOR PROVIDE TRACKING DETAILS.

Due to changes in the way eBay now handles private sellers’ postage by advising the use of "Simple Delivery”, I am UNABLE to set all our postage charges directly. This still allows me to have most items collected. Typically, this is within 24 hrs (sometimes the same day as purchase, collection officer dependent). Shipping days are Monday to Saturday (this is an improvement on using our local Post Office thanks to clueless town planners). eBay will NOW be responsible for providing tracking information and successful delivery.

There’s also a scheme where eBay holds purchases for three hours.  This is done under the guise that the buyer is still shopping and might want more items.  It often results in a 24-hour delay in dispatch. This feature is mandatory.

Because of the sensitive nature of computer components, all items (unless otherwise stated) have been tested to work. However, fitting and consequential functionality cannot be guaranteed and I accept no responsibility for any failure of the item or the equipment it’s connected to. Consequently, no returns will be accepted on these items – you fit them at your own risk.

We try to use recycled packaging as much as possible and hope that you are ok with this practice.

Please note: During adverse weather conditions, Industrial action, Minimum working week, the Royal Mail and other couriers may experience delays in their processing centres and therefor deliveries can be delayed by many days beyond the normal delivery target. PayPal and eBay estimates are just that, estimates - they are NOT the carriers so have no idea what is happening. As I am unable to control delivery once dispatched, please allow for extra time during and two weeks after any adverse weather conditions for delivery. I always attempt to dispatch items next (or same if I can) working day but I do have a day job. If for any reason I am unable to post next working day I will bump the parcel to 1st class (Royal Mail only) at no extra charge to you so that it is not delayed more than necessarily under my control.
