One box replaces a 4-channel amplifier and a separate sound processor. There are no knobs on the amplifier: everything is tuned from a Windows PC/laptop over Wi-Fi using the included WAP-2 adapter. Settings are stored in the amplifier's memory (4 presets) and stay there after you unplug the adapter.
