1944 US Philippines 2 Pesos RIZAL Treasury Certificate VICTORY Banknote
Treasury Certificate Victory Series. Jose Rizal profile on the banknote.
Signed by OSMENA and HERNANDEZ
Circulated with typical wear and hole. Nice graphics with vibrant colors. Stains were painted over with white coloring, giving the piece a cleaner look by previous owner.
Still a decent note.
