How will I know that my item has been posted by seller ? We always send every item within 2 working days, except Saturday, Sunday, Irish Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays. We will also send you a message informing you that your item has been posted. You will also see the icon showing dispatched item in your eBay purchased item list if your logged in to your Ebay Account.
We only dispatch the item to your eBay address. So please make sure this is correct before you place your order.
MY ITEM HAS NOT ARRIVED - What do I do now ? Ireland Buyers : If your item has not arrived after 10 days of dispatch, we will either send you a replacement or refund you after investigating. European / International Buyers : - We will re-send or refund the item if not received after 21 days of dispatch for Europe, or 6 weeks of dispatch for International after an investigation to where the delivery went.
*If sealed items are opened and seals broken, we cannot accept returns. Check it is what you want before you purchase. Its only fair if we send something sealed and new we get it back in the same state. Thank you for your understanding.
