This listing is for "The Old Fashioned Doll Sweet Adeline" #525 Dress-Up Kit made by Colorforms in 1970. Typical of the Colorforms toy products, it is simple to use and has 4 pre-cut vinyl (or "magic plastic") outfits ready to put on and take off of the Sweet Adeline doll.
This set appears unused - the doll has not been removed from the cardboard and the outfits are still neatly in place. The small paper Colorforms brochure is still in the box. All pieces still have bright vivid colors.
The box is about 12-1/2 inches tall, 8 inches wide, and 1 inch deep and as shown in the photos has some discoloration.
