Rolling Shell  means it has no engine or gearbox inside this car  . You will need fit one of your choice , Whether its K20 or K24 that’s entirely up to you . 

Rolling shells are good for project builds . Or if you own a EP3 and simply want to transfer all your parts over to this shell . Because it’s nicer  , cleaner and JDM you can do so

history of this car 

This was once what I consider to be the ultimate Honda, £50,000+ build. The car is on 87,000 kilometres. It’s previously had Absolutely no expense spared and was one of the best Honda's in the uk. All work was carried out by previous owner  to a very high standard and massive attention to detail, including the shaved and tucked engine bay. Tucked wiring harness and full underside restoration consisting of powder coated suspension parts, plated / new bolts everywhere and full rust proofed and cavity waxed chassis using Dinitrol products, new brake lines, new wheel bearings, new brakes, and rear calipers overhauled. 

He had invested over 250 hours of work into this car and have full build documentation including photos, videos and receipts. 

Over 150 hours alone have been put into the smooth bay and wiring tuck, 103 holes have been welded and smoothed on the engine bay!!! It’s by far one of the best engine bays out there! 

No rust on the shell, it's only ever driven in the dry, doesn't go out in the winter and is dry stored for 6 months of every year for the last 9 years.

It's won 6 awards at different shows over the space of only 3 months between end of 2021 show season and the beginning of 2022, including 3 best engine bay, and various placings of best in show including a 1st place. It was also the Cover car on March 2020 edition of Japanese Performance Magazine. 

Imported in 2010, purchase by previous owner in 2018 he had carried out all the modifications. The car has covered only 19,000 kilometres since being imported in 2010. 

 The car has never been used on a track, it's only been used to drive to and from shows and the odd car meet occasionally.

The whole car has been ceramic coated with zirconite zq9h. ( shell, engine bay, 5 years protection )
