This bike has had six owners from new, (not including myself)

It’s just shy of 15000 miles,

It has had the clocks reset a few times in its life (common on these!) but MOT history backs the mileage up, they are also a little faded (again common on these) there is a good used set on eBay for £165 if it is something that bothers you, (never bothered me enough to change them).

Stacks of bills and invoices and mot’s, service book and owners manual is present, it comes with two keys.

I have recently replaced the engine for an 11,500 mile good used engine.

I have Two boxes of spares including most of the original engine, (in bits) there’s too much to list! This will all go with the bike.

I have spent a small fortune on her recently to get her as good as I can, but keeping it as original as I can, with original parts, some insanely hard to find!

The bodywork is as you would expect for a 22 year old used Aprilia with some age related bits and wear and tear (I have done my best to picture this) But this looks worse on pictures, and I’m being very picky, the bike still looks lovely for its age! Also, I only use Shell V power.

She pulls well and sounds amazing.

Lots of tasteful upgrades added by myself and last owner, again all good quality parts sourced from AP workshops and new old Aprilia stock from EBay.

What’s been done by me and the previous owner is,

•New engine (have proof of purchase/invoice) also V5 has been updated with new engine number.

Also did valve clearance check all in spec, valve cover gaskets and clutch shaft oil seal, all other seals on the outside were perfectly good. Sadly old engine developed a bottom end knock, oil was drained for inspection and was very glittery.

It was more cost effective to buy another engine than to try and repair the original.

Just had an oil service and have another oil service kit for it, it’s had full brake fluid and clutch fluid change, also fresh coolant when engine was put in.

•Akrapovic end cans and link pipes,

•Headlight protectors,

•Red rats quick release fuel tank fasteners,

•Right angled Tyre valves in black,

•Rad and oil cooler protectors,

•new carbon rear seat cowl (this was missing when I purchased!)

Have pillion seat too, and spare seat hump shell in black (original part!)

•New black OEM levers (Have originals),

•Original Aprilia mono exhaust hangers, (have originals)

•New Aprilia bar ends, (have originals too)

•It’s had the fire blade side stand upgrade, so it leans over further than the original stand allowed!

•Rear suspension linkage replaced,

•Wheel bearings front and rear replaced,

•headstock bearings replaced

•Refurbished rear calliper with new seals and titanium bolt kit as originals looked tired,

•All axel bolts and hardware replaced with titanium to make it look fresh.

•New titanium front brake bleed nipples and fixings.

•New Aprilia rear brake light switch.

•Found an original used tank stay as was missing, (rare as hens teeth!)

•Upgraded starter leads and solenoid, and stronger battery (starts instantly and very little cranking!),

•New right hand mirror (good quality aftermarket) have original, but looks like it’s been fixed poorly at some point.

•Clear indicator lenses with orange bulbs aftermarket, (have originals)

•Oberon clutch slave, 

•Last owner also did 15 tooth front sprocket and Talon rear sprocket and 525 D.I.D chain,

•Suspension was serviced by MH suspension in 2023.

•I have spare set of front pads, AP racing super-sport sintered range, ready to go in.

•EBC front discs,

•EBC rear pads and rear disc.

This bike has had a small fortune spent on it by me and the previous owner as stated.

I have probably missed loads if I’m honest.

She looks lovely and always gets attention wherever I go.

It will also have a year’s MOT for the new owner (booked in on the 24th of October).

No offers, the price has been reduced by £1800 already, as I don’t want to miss out on another bike I want.

Only reason for selling is I want another Jap bike.
