ONCE THE ITEM ENTERS THE MAIL, IT CAN ONLY GO AS FAST AS THE SERVICE AGREED UPON.

IF CUSTOMS ARE INVOLVED THAT IS ALSO A FACTOR.

AGAIN, ONCE THE ITEM REACHES THE POST OFFICE, THE SELLER HAS NO IMPACT ON THE DELIVERY TIME.

Shipping Costs are what they are. I often use methods that can be tracked. That adds a little to the total, but in the event of a problem in shipping it becomes worthwhile for both the BUYER and the Seller.
