Set includes Volume 1 – Invited Papers; Volume 2 Part I – Sessions 1–4; Volume 2 Part II – Sessions 5–8; and Volume 2 Part III – Sessions 9–13. The volumes cover vacuum science and technology, thin films, vacuum pumps and systems, pressure measurement, cryogenics, space simulation, vacuum metallurgy and related scientific research. Elsevier confirms Volume 1 was first published in 1966, with the Volume 2 parts following in 1967.

All four are matching burgundy hardcovers. Used vintage condition with some exterior shelf/storage wear. Interiors appear clean from the pages shown.
