Vintage Heathkit 5280 Series test bench, a matched 5-piece set, all factory-kit built and in excellent cosmetic condition. The owner kept these carefully stored and bagged. Tested and working.

Power: Each instrument runs on internal 9V batteries. The IB-5281 RLC Bridge and IM-5284 Multimeter are both fitted with the factory LINE/BATT switch and 3-pin power inlet, so they run directly from the included IPA-5280-1 power supply or on batteries. The IG-5280 and IG-5282 are currently wired for 9V batteries only; adding the matching inlet would let them run off the supply as well.

Clean cabinets and panels with bright faces and working meters. A great display set for a Heathkit collector, or a working bench for radio and audio restoration. The matching IT-5283 Signal Tracer (unbuilt kit) is available in a separate listing if you want to complete the full series.
