Designed for intake manifold service and swirl flap delete / blanking repair. Helps reseal the intake manifold and may help prevent air leaks, oil vapour leaks and poor running after intake removal.

Supplied as 1 kit with 6 intake manifold gaskets and 1 metal blank plug / cap as shown.

Brand new MAXGEAR swirl flap delete plug kit, also known as an intake swirl flap blank plug kit, intake manifold gasket set or swirl flap delete repair kit.

This kit is used during intake manifold service on selected BMW N57 / N57S 3.0D diesel engines.

Problem / Solution

Worn intake seals or leaking swirl flap components can cause poor intake sealing and engine running issues. Replacing the gaskets and blank plug may help solve:
