Item up for bid is a spectacular lot of original parts that were originally on an early 20th century adamantine style mantel clock as made by the Sessions Clock Company of Forestville, Connecticut. Movement bears the Sessions mark with all brass showing tarnish, patina, soiling and old oil residue so new owner will likely desire a cleaning and polish. Key found with the lot fits the winding ports and turned them with no movement detected in the gears or any other part so movement will likely require an adjustment, repair, and / or cleaning to function as intended. Lot will require some addition hardware for mounting of all parts ( screws, nails, etc). All items show tarnish, soiling and patina throughout and would benefit from a detail cleaning. Included in the lot you will find:

- Brass Sessions marked movement with mounting screws. The screws show varying degrees of tarnish, patina and some areas of surface rust. Brass throughout shows heavy tarnish and patina with non brass parts showing tarnish and patina throughout with old oil / grease residue present. As stated above the movement did not show signs of movement when winding pegs were turned so item will likely require adjustment, repair, and / or cleaning to function as intended. Not including any mounting brackets or protruding parts this piece measures 5-1/8" top to bottom by 3-1/2" wide by 1-1/2" thick.

- 4 metal columns with corresponding metal bases and finials for each column. Each piece shows finish wear and patina throughout with columns showing some light surface rust in spots with no cracks, breaks or holes. Each piece will need nails for mounting to a clock body. Columns ( not including pedestals or finials ) measure 5" in length. Original color appears as it were likely forest green or some variation thereof.

- Two ornamental cast metal side handles that would have originally been positioned on the left and right sides of a clock body. Handles have a rococo styling in accordance with the feet. Items show some mild metal wear with tarnish and patina throughout. Handles will require the addition of small nails to mount to a clock body. Non magnetic when tested. No cracks or breaks.

- Two cast metal rear feet in a subdued rococo styling. Both pieces exhibit some surface metal wear with tarnish and patina throughout. Rear feet will require the addition of screws or nails to mount the rear base of a clock body. Non magnetic when tested. No cracks or breaks.
