Most new in package, a few loose from packaging, but all unused.  The are 5" from rowel to tip and 2.5" at their widest point.  So for smaller boots I'm assuming - be sure to confirm they'll work for you.  Tags read "Saddleman Brand", made in Taiwan.  All for one price!
