Can I return or exchange for a different product?

Returns are accepted only for unused items, and return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer before the return can be processed. If signs of use are found, the return will not be accepted and additional shipping fees may apply.

Please repack the received item along with any complimentary gifts in the original packaging and hand them to the courier at the time of pickup.

  • For exchange requests due to an initial product defect, the item must first be retrieved and the defective portion confirmed before an exchange can be processed. Exchanges are only available for the same product — we regret that exchanges for a different product are not possible.

There is a burning smell when I first turn on the flat iron. Is this normal?

As with all heat-based electronics, a slight new-product smell may occur during the heating process on first use. This is completely normal and will gradually disappear with continued use.
