A small framed and matted painting from India featuring the art of Shahjahan / Mumtaj, using real gold, rubies, and emeralds. The intricate painting is done with watercolor, mango tree gum, and a squirrel hair brush, creating a traditional Indian style artwork. Measuring just over 13 inches in length and 9 inches in height, this unique piece captures the essence of Indian culture and history.

Beautiful, high quality frame and nicely matted.   There is a small area of the bottom corner of the matt that looks slightly lighter.  This may be natural from the  linen matt but wanted to flag this up.   All stones and gold all in tact.
