Very Good. The brown cloth binding is clean and well preserved, with bright and clearly legible gilt lettering to the spine. There is minor shelf wear and slight rubbing or compression to a couple of corners.
The binding is firm and sound, with the boards and pages securely attached. The pages are clean and bright. No conspicuous inscriptions, highlighting or annotation have been observed. No dust jacket is present.

A smart and increasingly difficult-to-find edition of an important Puritan commentary, particularly suitable for ministers, theological students and collectors of Reformed and Puritan literature.
