Up for auction is an original Back to the Future Happy Meal McDonald's translite sign from 1991. The sign depicts one of the most underrated sets of Happy Meal toys ever... I mean, c'mon, a DELOREAN from McDonald's? Incredible! The sign measures 13.75 inches x 13.75 inches and has bold colors. Translites are thick, plastic signs that McDonald's used to display on their menu boards. A vast majority were thrown away after their brief time on display, making these pieces rare and collectible.

Notes on condition: This sign is in "very good" condition with only minor imperfections from original display at restaurant. Will display well, but please review the full description and all six photos provided to make your own assessment before bidding.

Shipping: All individal 13.75 x 13.75 inch translite signs will be mailed in a flat box via USPS with tracking for $13.95. We can combine shipping with any other flat items (like Happy Meal boxes), but not Happy Meal toys because of the different sizes/shapes.

About the seller: This piece is from the archives of vintage McDonald's "super-collector" and social media personality, Consumer Time Capsule. The CTC collection spans over 40,000 McDonald's pieces and has recently been featured on Good Morning America, ABC World News Now, the Boston Globe, USA Today and the History Channel. This is a rare opportunity to own a piece of McDonald's history from one of its most impactful collectors. THIS IS THE SECOND AND FINAL WEEK OF SALES - THERE WILL BE NO NEW LISTINGS ON 10/04 AS ANNOUNCED EARLIER! There are currently FORTY auctions, all ending between 9PM and 10PM ET on Sunday 10/04 and there are some unbelievable pieces listed like a Filet-O-Saurus unreleased McDino Changeable (the PRINTED Filet-O-Fish version), rare translite signs, employee pieces and much, much more. 100% of the auction proceeds will go towards funding Bobby's next trip across the country to acquire (you guessed it...) even more pieces of McDonald's history. Thanks for your support - it makes a difference as we try to grow this to be the biggest McDonald's collection in the world! Feel free to reach out with any questions!
