Up for auction is an original Halloween Pails Happy Meal McDonald's translite sign from 1986. This was the first set of Halloween Pails released nationally and included three different pumpkin buckets: McBoo, McPunk'n and McGoblin. These are one of the most iconic Happy Meal promos of all time and this is the perfect piece to give your Halloween decorations a nostalgic twist. The sign measures 21.75 inches x 21.75 inches and has bold colors. Translites are thick, plastic signs that Mc Donald's used to display on their menu boards. A vast majority were thrown away after their brief time on display, making these pieces rare and collectible.

Notes on condition: This sign is in "good" condition with some damage and discoloration along the bottom right: the darker brown discoloration is .75 in at its highest, with a 2.5 in long crack and the discoloration that is about 13 in long (see pic 5). Since all of those imperfections are along the very bottom, this would still display nicely in or out of a frame, but please review the full description and all six photos provided to make your own assessment before bidding. 

Shipping: All 21.75 x 21.75 translite signs will be mailed rolled in a heavy, ultra-durable art poster tube via USPS with tracking for $19.95. We can combine up to four translites in a single tube, so feel free to request combined shipping if you win any of our other translites listed. However, due to the tube shape, this item cannot/will not be shipped in the same container as non-translites (Happy Meal toys, Happy Meal boxes, catalogs etc).
