Shaped like an open-mouthed fish, the Gluggle Jug possesses an endearing quirkiness. When liquid is poured from it, it produces a gurgling sound, the result of an air-lock created in the fishtail which then bubbles out. It’s certainly a talking point and, over its 150-year history, has become a kitchen favourite.
