A beautiful Royal Worcester fine bone china figurine, “Lady of Sherwood,” from the desirable Celtic Princesses collection, sculpted by renowned modeller Peter Holland and made in England.

This elegant limited-edition figurine portrays a graceful medieval lady in a beautifully flowing gown, with an upright, regal form and an enchanting serene expression. She is dressed in a striking combination of deep blue, ivory and rich gold, with a sweeping cloak draped around her figure and opening to reveal a wonderfully detailed golden-ivory lining.

The level of decoration is particularly impressive. Her bodice features an intricate diamond lattice design, while delicate Celtic-inspired motifs, floral details and ornate gold borders adorn the gown and cloak. Her flowing golden hair falls beneath a softly draped blue and white headdress, while the finely modelled hands and elegant posture add to the refined character of the piece. The combination of the lustrous blue glaze, warm gold decoration and delicate hand-painted detailing gives the figurine a particularly rich and luxurious appearance.

This is a limited edition of 7,500 pieces and is offered in great overall condition. There is some wear to the gold decoration along the bottom edge of the dress at the front (see photos) but there are no chips or cracks. Please note that the figurine comes without its original box or certificate.
