Mutital water filter cartridges are a cost-effective replacement option for Brita Maxtra+, Maxtra Pro All-in-1 and Plus systems. They fit the Brita Marella jug and Brita kettle, and are also compatible with Aquaphor jugs (including Marella, Marella XL, Marella Cool, Style, Style XL, Elemaris XL, Aluna, Aluna Cool and Mavea Elemaris), as well as AmazonBasics, Philips and Dafi jugs. Each cartridge uses 5-stage microflow filtration with natural coconut shell activated carbon, ion exchange resin and a BPA-free, food-grade shell. It helps reduce chlorine, copper, lead and limescale from tap water while retaining important minerals, for better-tasting everyday drinking water. One filter purifies the equivalent of approximately 480 water bottles, and a pack of six can cover a family's needs for around 6 to 9 months.
Before first use, soak the filter in clean tap water for 5 to 10 minutes to rinse it and remove air bubbles. For best taste, replace the filter about every month, depending on your local water quality.
