RPPC North Africa MOROCCO  ALGERIA MARKET PLAZA Horse Carriage Artura Postcard

This is a Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) capturing a compelling ethnographic street scene in North Africa (likely French Colonial Morocco or Algeria).
The front displays a sharp, sepia-toned real photograph of a bustling dirt market plaza. A horse-drawn carriage rests in the center carrying a European traveler, flanked by a uniformed colonial officer or policeman.
They are surrounded by local citizens dressed in traditional North African hooded djellabas, burnouses, and turbans. A beautiful square Islamic minaret tower rises above the single-story marketplace buildings in the background.
The back has faint vintage pencil notations from a previous collector: "North Africa", "Could be a policeman near center", "Before 1907".
