This is an early 20th-century printed postcard showcasing the beautiful historic interior of All Saints' Church in Sawley, Derbyshire, England.
A window in the center of the image is all but blocked by the glowing spot of sunlight that the camera captured. There are rows of chairs in the center and a set of pew benches on either side.
The front of the card features a detailed sepia-toned view looking down the aisle toward the grand stone chancel arch and pulpit. A beautifully stylized printed caption reads "SAWLEY CHURCH" along the bottom border.
The back features a divided back layout  printed with British postal regulations ("Inland: Halfpenny Stamp / Foreign: One Penny").
