Item up for bid is an absolutely incredible vintage Art Deco / Space Age styled punch bowl set manufactured by the Lehman Brothers Silverware Corporation of New York. Underside of the base on the main piece bears the Lehman Brothers mark with another marking showing this piece is " Chromium Plated ". Item was found with it's ladle, lid, detachable ring meant to simulate the rings of Saturn and 5 small ruby red glasses. Chrome throughout shows surface wear, scratches, tarnish and patina and would benefit from a detail cleaning and polish throughout. Ladle and bowl lid have red bakelite handles with the handle on the ladle showing chipping and loss to the bakelite along the lower portion.

Ladle shows chrome crazing and wear along the bottom of ladle bowl with metal of the ladle bowl showing multiple stress cracks with two that go all the way through so ladle would need repair prior to use. Detachable ring is designed to hold the glasses as shown in photos and shows notable scratches on the top surface. Lid has some surface rust present on the screw for the handle on the interior side. Red glasses show some discoloration / surface wear on the interior on a few of the glasses which did not come off with a light wash. Glasses show no chips, cracks or breaks. Metal rim on the main bowl shown some light bending.

Ladle measures 12-3/8" in length while the cups each measure 2-1/4" top to bottom by 2-1/2" wide. The detachable ring measures 14-1/2" by 14-1/2". Main bowl ( with lid on and not counting ladle) measures 10" top to bottom. Absolutely incredible true vintage set that comes fresh to the market from a recent estate buyout where it sat stored away for decades before only now seeing the light of day once again.
