This is a vintage Linden miniature novelty clock, made in West Germany. It features a distinct wooden lamp-post style design complete with a classic Black Forest figure (a traveler or wanderer) resting at the base. This was produced during the West German era, (mid-20th century around the 1950s). Comes with the original winding key and it does work! You have to make sure it’s on a flat surface as the clock tips just slightly forward for the pendulum to swing. If it tilts back, it will touch the wood.
Measures approx. 7” tall x 3 3/4” at base, top of clock is approx. 3 1/4” across. Good preowned vintage condition, some light scuffs and wear as expected with age. Great rare and unique edition to your collection!
